According to a different Marvel Cinematic Universe actor, “Hawkeye” actor Jeremy Renner is “recovering incredibly” from a snowplow accident that left him in the hospital with over 30 fractured bones earlier this month.
Just over a month after the New Year’s Day tragedy in which he was allegedly trying to save his nephew from a snowplow near his house in Reno, Nevada, Evangeline Lilly, the star of the upcoming movie “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” spoke out about Renner’s condition.
Lilly admitted to getting “chicken skin” when she saw Renner moving around during a visit to his house in an interview with Access Hollywood.

I anticipated having to sit by his bedside and hold his hand as he writhed in agony and was unable to move, Lilly added.
He was joking with his companions while wheeling himself around. It’s miraculous. It truly is a miracle. That person is composed of incredibly durable material. That has always been apparent in him, and his recovery is amazing.
Lilly, who co-starred with Renner in “The Hurt Locker,” praised the actor for his bravery after what she called a “very horrific” near-death encounter.
Lilly said, “And [he] was awake for the whole event. “I’m still experiencing moments when some of the stuff he told me that he experienced and recounting the events and the things he could hear and see”
During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Paul Rudd, who co-stars with Lilly in the “Ant-Man” sequel, also gave an update on Renner. He is doing fine. He’s terrific, the best man, and doing well, Rudd added.
After the snowplow disaster, Renner was active on social media for several weeks. The actor posted on Instagram over the weekend to inform his followers that his program “Rennervations” is still scheduled to premiere on Disney+ after he recovers.
