Season 3 of Snowpiercer is already out and running. Bong Joon-2013 ho’s postapocalyptic film adaption of the same name will return in 2020 with fresh episodes and a renewed sense of hope for the world to come.
“Snowpiercer has been an exceptionally successful series for us that continues to capture the imagination of viewers, build an audience, and sustain great ratings,” said Sam Linsky and Adrienne O’Riain, co-heads of scripted original programming for TBS, TNT, and truTV.
“All of our seasons go on an emotional, surprising adventure and the well-plotted narratives will continue to expand and remain relevant to audiences,” they said in addition to the revelation of a third season for Snowpiercer. “We’re looking forward to the new season,” says the show’s producers.

The third season of Snowpiercer will resume Monday, March 21, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TNT in the United States. On Tuesday, March 22nd, Netflix subscribers in the United Kingdom will be able to catch up on the most recent episodes.

Season 3 begins up with Layton and his inner circle controlling a small pirate train in search of Melanie and a probable warm place to reestablish civilization, helped by a newfound survivor, following the events of Snowpiercer season 2, which ended on a positive note.
