Awhora is a British drag queen from Worksop, England, better known by the stage name George Boyle (born September 22, 1996). After competing on Season 2 of Drag Race UK, he is best recognised. At the age of 16, A’Whora enrolled at a college in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, to earn a diploma in womenswear and fashion. She graduated in 2013.
A year later, she completed a bachelor’s degree in womenswear at the London College of Fashion.
By designing a sustainable 10 piece collection for H&M, working for Kurt Geiger and John Lewis & Partners, as well as modelling for Vogue Italia and launching their own personal fashion label Le’Boy George, A’Whora has completed their career as a fashion designer and model.
During the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, A’Whora was one of twelve participants participating and finished fifth overall.
As part of the United Kingdolls Tour with promoter Klub Kids and Klub Kids in July 2021, A’Whora will join Tayce, Bimini Bon Boulash, and Lawrence Chaney on the RuPaul’s Drag Race UK: The Official Tour in February 2022, in partnership with World of Wonder and promoter Voss Events.
