So Can We Maintain Ourself for Industry Season 2? Yes! Showrunners Mickey Down and Konrad Kay will return for Season 2 of Industry, HBO announced on December 10th.
“Mickey and Konrad have captured an authentic, fresh angle on workplace culture from the bottom up and presented a complex look at navigating life in your early twenties—replete with thrills, failures, and victories,” said administrative vice president of HBO programming Francesca Orsi in a statement.
Now, let’s talk about the dates. At this moment, no one is sure what will happen, although production does appear to be expanding. On June 29, 2021, co-creator Konrad Kay tweeted out the first two episodes of Season 2, along with a “Management Offsite” T-shirt in the backdrop. If all goes according to plan, the following season will begin in late 2021.
Expected Storyline For The Industry Season 2-
Season one of Industry focused on “RIF (Reduction in Force) Day,” but there was a sense that the show was building the foundations for plots that would go well beyond that. There was no need to remove anyone. Even in her worst moments, Harper’s future at the organisation is bright.
In the show’s second season, it’s expected to feature the company’s most powerful employees. In the second season, “their ties with the senior individuals only develop deeper, so you get more of a feeling of that things,” according to co-creator Konrad Kay.

Who Is Returning for Industry Season 2?
Ken Leung, an obvious fan favourite from Season 1, addressed Eric’s wife Candice (Alexandra Moen) in an interview with Vulture.
“In her universe, she’s even more powerful than he is,” said Leung. It’s like, ‘Oh, they’re this crazy power couple that…’ [Laughs.] They’re in a dangerous situation. Maybe we’ll learn more about that in the future.
