Twelve public high schools in Florida have ranked among the top 100 in the US for 2024, according to a U.S. News & World Report list that was just made public.

Based on their performance on state assessments and college readiness, nearly 18,000 public high schools in all 50 states and the District of Columbia are ranked in this yearly report. The top school in the country, according to U.S. News and World Report, is BASIS Peoria, a charter school in Peoria, Arizona.
