How many episodes in Drive to Survive season 4?
Seasons 1, 2, and 3 each contain ten episodes, and season 4 follows suit. It’s a little odd that season 4 didn’t get a couple of more episodes, but Netflix appears to have squeezed all 22 races plus the behind-the-scenes drama into the normal ten episodes.
What Is Expected To Happen In Drive To Survive Season 4?
Season 4 depicts the 2021 Formula One season, in which Max Verstappen defeated Lewis Hamilton to win the championship in a thrilling final lap.
If you follow Formula 1, you’ll be familiar with the results and how the season unfolded, but it’s the behind-the-scenes paddock video that makes this Netflix series so compelling, even if you already know the ending.
What will be intriguing to see in this season is how Netflix tells the story without Max Verstappen, who plays a major part. According to the Associated Press, Verstappen did not enjoy being a part of the show and claimed Netflix “faked a few rivalries.”
“I opted not to be a part of it,” he continued, “and I didn’t give any more interviews after that9 since there was nothing you could show.”
