Filing a Notice
If you believe content on lakecountyfloridanews.com infringes your copyright, please email admin@lakecountyfloridanews.com with:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL of the page containing the material you believe is infringing.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who provided it.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to admin@lakecountyfloridanews.com containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and your signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may remove content from, and end the participation of, contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
