Downtown Clermont officially welcomed its newest dessert destination as Scooped & Stuffed celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Located in the iconic Little Gem trailer on the Clermont Art Walk, Scooped & Stuffed brings a new chapter to one of downtown’s recognizable landmarks while offering residents and visitors a unique dessert experience featuring artisan gelato and freshly baked treats.

The Little Gem’s story began when Clermont Art Walk developer Jayson Stringfellow discovered a vintage 1965 Airstream trailer abandoned on a fern farm in Umatilla. Recognizing its potential, Stringfellow purchased the trailer and spent seven months meticulously restoring it. The completed restoration transformed the weathered Airstream into a charming destination that now serves as a centerpiece of the Clermont Art Walk behind Roasted Spirit.

Originally home to The Wave, the Little Gem has become a symbol of creativity, entrepreneurship, and community spirit in downtown Clermont. Today, that legacy continues with the arrival of Scooped & Stuffed.

Scooped & Stuffed is the newest venture from Brandon and Andi Moss, founders of Muse Gelato, in partnership with restaurant industry veteran Christopher Buxton. For more than 20 years, Muse Gelato has earned a reputation as one of Florida’s premier artisan frozen dessert makers, crafting small-batch gelato using premium ingredients and traditional techniques.

The new concept combines Muse Gelato’s all-natural, made-from-scratch products with an imaginative menu designed to create memorable dessert experiences. The desserts are intentionally oversized, warm, gooey, and indulgent, offering a nostalgic experience elevated by premium ingredients and artisan craftsmanship.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to stop by the Little Gem, experience the unique dessert offerings, and support the newest addition to Clermont’s vibrant Art Walk district.
