Since Adele first stunned fans with her trimmer physique, the singer’s remarkable weight loss has been the subject of headlines, and naturally, everyone is curious as to how Adele did it. While Adele has always been stunning, her weight loss of about seven stones recently made headlines.
The actress apparently began her fitness quest to handle the demands of traveling in 2016 before embarking on her massive 13-month ’25’ album tour, and the results have been nothing short of dramatic.
It’s only natural that people would be curious about her beauty secret after seeing her. If you’ve tried and failed at quick-fix diets in the past, like those that claim to help you shed two stone in eight weeks or one pound every day, then maybe you should give Adele’s tried-and-true approach a go instead.
How Did Adele Weight Loss?
Adele attributes her weight loss to exercise and has denied rumors that she was on a strict diet. “No intermittent fasting,” she told British Vogue. Nothing. Because I exercise so frequently, I actually eat more now than I did before.

When Adele’s dramatic weight loss made headlines, many assumed she followed the Sirtfood Diet, because she stated she had given up “spicy, citrusy, and tangy” foods along with coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes. In contrast to the rumor that she tried this diet, Adele has opened out about the exercise plan she now follows.
The singer told Vogue about her strict exercise schedule: “So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night.” Adele also shared that she had recently taken up deadlifting, a sport she had previously been unfamiliar with. She identified herself as a sportswoman in the same interview. “I really appreciate it.”

However, the singer did make some other changes to her lifestyle over time, such as giving up sugar(opens in new tab). In 2015, she came clean about her habit of consuming roughly ten cups of tea each day, with two sugars in each.
Since she stopped consuming it, she has felt healthier and more energized than ever. Adele told Vogue in 2016 that she has begun altering her routine in advance of her tour. “I was trying to get some stamina for my tour, so I lost a bit of weight,” she said. It’s a huge problem that I can finally wear off-the-rack clothing.
Since Adele’s fans have noticed she has slimmed down, speculation has focused on her diet and exercise routine. Adele’s tour trainer Pete Geracimo took to Instagram to clear the air, saying that the singer wasn’t motivated by a desire to lose weight but rather to get back into shape after giving birth, improve her overall health, and boost her immune system.
It was never about getting very slim when Adele and I started our adventure together,” he wrote. Getting her healthy was the main concern. Particularly after giving birth or having surgery.
When 25 was released and the tour was announced, we had to prepare for a rigorous 13-month schedule. She became more receptive to training and started making healthier decisions in that window. Because of this, she was able to lose a lot of weight, which garnered a lot of attention.
