Amy Miller Car Accident: The victims of the triple fatal collision that took place on Tuesday in Wauwatosa have been identified as Milwaukee natives Paul Woida, 85, Amy Miller, 40, of Cedarburg, and a 64-year-old Milwaukee resident who was operating the Milwaukee DPW pothole repair vehicle. According to an update on the investigation into the incident, the victims have been named.
The name of the woman has not been made public by the medical examiner as of yet since they are “still expecting a positive ID.” On Tuesday around noon, near the red light at the intersection of Mayfair Road and Wisconsin Avenue, a truck collided with nine autos that were stopped in the intersection before catching fire.

According to the investigation report compiled by the ME, witnesses claim that the driver appeared to be having difficulty at the Watertown Plank intersection a half mile earlier. They claim that the driver stopped at a green light before turning into the intersection when it turned red and struck a passing car, and then continued south on Mayfair Road at a speed of “60-70 miles per hour.”
