Ariana Grande Health Condition Updates
On Tuesday, Ariana Grande used TikTok to respond to criticism of her body image by fans. She told her followers that “there are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful” and urged them to be kind to themselves and each other.
Grande, now 29 years old, addressed the camera directly, assuring her fans that she was not wearing false eyelashes or eyeliner. The singer responded to criticism of her body image by saying,
“The physique you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest form of my body.” “During my lowest periods in life, when I looked the way you consider healthy,’ I was on a lot of antidepressants, drinking on them, eating terribly, and it wasn’t my healthy.”
Throughout the video, Grande stressed the harmful effects of body shaming, assuring her audience that they are all beautiful and asking them to be “gentle with each other and yourselves.” The actress is currently filming the musical Wicked.
Grande began the audio by saying, “I think we could be, I think we should be, softer and less comfortable remarking on people’s bodies, no matter what.” We shouldn’t say anything, healthy or ill, large or small, this or that, se*y or not se*y, even if we think you’re being helpful or kind by saying it. We need to make an effort to reduce how often we do that.
Many viewers on social media compared Grande’s video to Selena Gomez’s recent video in which she addressed worries and rumors about her appearance, with some criticizing the body-shaming society they believe inspired the two pop stars to make the videos.
A Twitter user going by the handle @letsmegetsme said, “Selena Gomez and ariana grande shouldn’t have to go on a public stage to justify their weight gain/loss due to disgusting criticism.” “particularly in this day and age, it’s rude, vicious, and unfair.”

In the video, Grande says she “shouldn’t have to explain” that people of all body shapes are beautiful and should be embraced, and that people’s bodies change for many reasons that aren’t often obvious to outsiders. She has decided to deal with the rumors head-on in the hopes that her candor may encourage people to have healthier body images.
Grande stated, “You never know what someone is going through.” That individual is probably working on it or has a support system they are working on it with, so it doesn’t matter how loving and caring you are.
