The Clermont Woman’s Club recently held their annual New Members and Prospective Members Tea at their historic clubhouse. We welcomed nine new members and had several prospective members in attendance. Refreshments were delicious and provided by the Membership Committee – great job ladies!

They do not meet during the summer, but their first meeting of the 2026-2028 year will be held on Tuesday, September 1st. A new Executive Board was elected and installed; and they are excited to begin. Their first major fund raiser of the year which will be their fashion show – FASHION FORWARD –GIVING BACK. It will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The event will be at Gabby’s Banquet Hall in Clermont. Tickets are $35.00 and can be purchased through their website at www.clermontwomansclub.org.

The Clermont Woman’s Club is a Federated Woman’s Club chartered in 1927. It is a service organization. They meet the first Tuesday of each month (September through May) at their clubhouse at 655 W. Broome St., Clermont. For further information see www.clermontwomansclub.org.
