Here we are talking about David Aylor Death. According to his obituary, well-known Charleston lawyer David Aylor will be buried at Mount Pleasant on Sunday. Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal reported that Aylor, 41, was discovered dead at his Charleston home on Monday. It wasn’t immediately obvious what caused or how the death occurred.
His obituary notes that a funeral ceremony will be held at Seacoast Church on Long Point Road on Sunday at 3 p.m. Then there will be a burial in Mount Pleasant. Friends may visit the family on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the 232 Calhoun St. location of J. Henry Stuhr’s Downtown Charleston Chapel.
Since 2007, Aylor has represented clients in criminal defense, personal injury, and DUI cases. In 2009, he established his own law firm. He previously held the position of an assistant solicitor in the Charleston County office of the Ninth Circuit Solicitor while also serving as the acting prosecutor for the city of Hanahan.

In Charleston, he worked as a clerk for criminal defense lawyer Andrew Savage III and now-retired U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert Carr, as well as for the Senate Judiciary Committee of South Carolina under former Sen. Glenn McConnell.
According to his biography, he earned degrees from the University School of Law in 2006 and the College of Charleston in 2002. The managing attorney of David Aylor Law Offices, Lindsay Johnson, said in a statement issued on Monday that Aylor founded the company in 2009 and expanded it to the successful 22-person firm it is now.
She remarked, “David was known for his kind and helping personality. He showed great concern for his clients and staff. We were all treated like family by him. We shall follow David’s example of courage, perseverance, and commitment to the community.
Mark Peper, a friend, and fellow lawyer said he will always be appreciative of the time he shared with Aylor. He united this town in ways that no one else could, and for that, Peper remarked, “I’ll always admire him.”
According to Aylor’s obituary, he was born on January 6, 1981, in Spartanburg, and is survived by his parents, two brothers, a son, and a niece. Memorial contributions can be sent to Communities.
