Tejera is an experienced TV news producer who has worked at both ABC News and NBC News. She has been in charge of the Sunday program since just before the global COVID-19 outbreak, when George Stephanopoulos, Jonathan Karl, and Martha Raddatz were the hosts. In 2017, he moved to Washington, D.C., to work as a senior producer for ABC News.
Before moving to ABC News, where he was the executive producer of Jorge Ramos’ show for the ABC-Univision joint venture Fusion, he was a producer at MSNBC, where he worked on shows with Chris Jansing and Alex Wagner (now occupies the 9 p.m. time slot).
