However, the honeymoon period would soon enter rocky waters, as Page filed for divorce from Portner three years later, and the couple deleted all of their Instagram photos together. But nobody knows for sure what caused the rift between them.
It has been speculated that Page’s shift from male to female and Portner’s subsequent support for Page’s identification on social media contributed to the couple’s separation and subsequent divorce, however, there is ample evidence to suggest that this is not the case.
