Freddie Prinze Jr Illness: Freddie Prinze Jr. has told his fans that he had surgery on his spine and is thankful for their support. On November 20, the actor tweeted the breaking news: “Spine surgery this morning, but now your friend is… Robo-Bro!” On Saturday, he also said, “I’m fine. Getting better… Friends, private medical info. Let’s say that my problems with my discs are gone. Friends, that’s all.
Prinze says that since his surgery, he has been trying to learn how to walk again, but a series of happy pictures and tweets show that he is up for the challenge.
In a set of before-and-after photos that he posted on Twitter, 38-year-old Prinze was all smiling. He was proud to show off the scar from surgery on his neck, and he even suggested that people call him Robo-Bro, Brobot, or Iron Android.
On Wednesday, he posted a picture of himself outside with the caption “#KeepItPlayful” and a neck brace. Jiu-jitsu is learned by getting good at one technique at a time, just like learning to walk again.
