Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, also known as DJ tWitch, tied the knot with his longtime sweetheart Allison Holker just before his death at the age of 40. The dancer remarked that she would “miss” her spouse very much and that she would “reserve the last dance” for him.
On Tuesday, December 13, In Touch confirmed the news that the former guest star on The Ellen DeGeneres Show had passed away at the age of 40 in a hotel or motel using the internet records of the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
On Wednesday, December 14, Holker noted in a statement to People that “Stephen lit up every room he came into.” “He placed family, friends, and community above everything else, and he believed that the most important thing a person could do is to lead with love and light. He was the rock upon which our household was built, the epitome of a devoted husband and father, and a model for all of his admirers.
Holker gave his word that Boss’ “good impact” will continue far into the future, pointing out the immense “legacy” that Boss has left behind. She continued by saying, “I am positive that there will not be a single day that passes in which we will not commemorate his memory.” “During this difficult time for our family, especially for our three children, we ask that you respect our need for privacy. Stephen, we want you to know that we love you and that we miss you very much. I promise that I will always keep the last dance for you.
Boss and Holker first became acquainted during the seventh season of So You Think You Can Dance. They went on to get married in 2013 and have since become parents to two children together. In 2016, they became parents to son Maddox, and in 2019, they welcomed daughter Zaia. Weslie Fowler was Allison’s adolescent daughter from a previous relationship, and Boss was a very proud stepfather to her.

The husband and wife had previously stated that they like having “little babies” in the house, and Boss had revealed that the couple “constantly talked” about the idea of expanding their family by having additional children.
During their joint appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in November, Holker shared his thoughts on the matter, stating, “I believe we’d love to start trying for another one.”
Boss and Holker developed an empire together and became internationally famous for their combined dancing videos on social media. While they were both successful in their individual career ventures, Boss and Holker built their empire together.
When interviewed by Entertainment Tonight in the year 2021, Boss stated, “Obviously, something like TikTok was like created for us.” “Simply because they were like, ‘What? Moving your body to the beat? Great!’ You are aware that we are proceeding in this manner, right? Therefore, it boils down to a simple matter of discussing something that we already engage in naturally.
In the midst of the chaos that life may bring, Holker noted that dancing was a means for them to “reconnect” as a couple and “discover each other.”
“Everyone is always curious about the nature of our relationship. She went on to explain that “we have dancing,” and that it serves as a substitute for a home. “So, I believe that it’s something that we genuinely share as a couple, which, to be very honest, is something that feels to me simply like a dream.”
