Who is Stefanos Tsitsipas’ Girlfriend?
Theodora Petalas is Stefanos Tsitsipas’s current girlfriend. According to her LinkedIn profile, despite being born in Greece, she is a junior strategist for a branding and marketing firm in London. Petalas attended New York University before entering the workforce.
She completed her education with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a Master of Science in technology and project management. Petalas’s resume also includes a stint in the fashion sector, where she served as a sales intern for Mary Katrantzou of London in 2015.
How Did Stefanos Tsitsipas and Theodora Petalas meet?
There isn’t a ton known about how they met, although it seems likely that mutual friends and relatives introduced them in New York (where Petalas likely studied). Tsitsipas has stated in prior interviews that his feelings for Petalas were instantaneous.
In 2021, he admitted, “I liked her very much, but I was shy then and did not express my feelings.” I also asked her out on a date two years ago in New York. We’re having some trouble because she’s based in London. However, we haven’t gone completely crazy as a result. She’s been coming to see me play in tournaments and hang out with me. It’s safe to say that she’s my closest confidante. Tsitsipas stated to the media that they have been in constant contact for two or three years.
He said that Petalas is also a tennis player, so you can bet that they’ll get in at least a couple of sets whenever they are together.
