After episode 5, viewers will be ready to watch the next episode of Survivor season 42, which is likely to be full of twists and turns along with some shocking elements.
The next episode is expected to feature a merge, in which two or three tribes combine to form a single tribe with eight to thirteen people. The contestants’ tribe, color, and the game will be renamed after the merger. But the game changes after the merge. It changes from a group effort competition to an individual game where participants compete for individual immunity and sometimes for rewards after becoming a group effort competition.

Chanelle Howell –
Chanelle Howell, who works as an executive recruiter, thinks that getting the numbers will be easy for her because of her job. As far as she’s concerned, the 29-year-old is confident in her abilities to succeed professionally and personally. With her previous experience in “they sell,” she’s confident that she can make good use of the one million dollars she’ll win.
Daniel struck –
Daniel Strunk has been a survivor since he was a child, having battled leukemia. And that experience has kept the 30-year-old law clerk humble, if not a little self-deprecating. But perhaps he’s just practicing for how he expects to play: goofy, not sneaky, and hoping to turn his fastidious Survivor devotion into a winning strategy.
Drea Wheeler –
Drea Wheeler has never been scared to take risks. After sadly losing her father at a young age, the fitness expert has lived life to the fullest, striking out to build her own business, which has brought her enormous success. And the 35-year-old wants to bring that to the beach. She wants to get her camp in shape and make sure there’s no trouble.
Hai Giang –
Hai Giang, a data scientist, has faced adversity throughout his life. He was raised in poverty and loneliness after his parents emigrated from Vietnam, and he found refuge in the television show Survivor, which took him all around the world. With that freedom, he enters the game and has no intention of re-entering the fold of his former tribe.

Survivor Season 42 Episode 6 Recap
In this double-stuffed episode, there was a lot of movement and game-changing situations. The remaining participants are divided into two groups and informed that they will soon form a single tribe, but they must first compete for immunity and other benefits before the merger can take place. It’s a competition between two teams: one orange team and one blue team. Lydia and Jonathan are on the orange team. Rocky and Lindsay don’t take part in the competition because they have a lot of work to do at home. After rolling some boulders and solving another puzzle, team orange wins and gets immunity. Blue is forced to take part in the first individual immunity challenge, but he doesn’t have to do it.
Orange must also select between Rocksroy and Lindsay to go to “exile,” where they will have the ability to “turn back time” and alter the game. Rocky is chosen. In exile, Rocksroy finds the hourglass that will allow him to change the game, so he goes back to the game. If Probst smashes the hourglass, he will get immunity and the episode will go back to how it was before. When Rocky and Probst return to the now merged tribe it’s revealed that Rocksroy did crush the hourglass, meaning orange team members are now the ones having to compete in the individual immunity challenge; they are unsurprisingly not pleased.
In the real task, Tori ends up earning immunity, meaning Lydia, Jonathan, Maryanne, and Hai are in danger of being voted off. In the tribal council, it is Lydia who is ultimately voted off.

Survivor Season 42 Episode 6 Trailer
In the trailer for the new episode, it looks like the castaways are going to merge, but with a twist. The description of the episode says that “castaways drop their buffs and rearrange tribes before an intense immunity challenge.”
