The Peanuts Movie 2 Storyline

Let’s take a quick look back at the events of The Peanuts Movie 1 before moving on to The Peanuts Movie 2.

An innocent youngster named Charlie Brown feels incredibly tragic. Despite his best efforts, bad things always seem to happen to him. Time after time and he still can’t fly a kite. His pals, consequently, called him a loser.

Snoopy, Charlie’s white dog, remains an important part of his life. Snoopy and his pals face off against The Red Baron in his tale.

Frieda, a new student at Charlie’s school, is affectionately referred to as “The Little Red-Haired Girl” by Charlie. Immediately, Charlie is falling in love with her. The fact that he is labeled a loser makes it difficult for Charlie. To get the attention of the Little Red-Haired Girl, Charlie attempts a magic trick, which he fails miserably at, further cementing his status as a loser in the eyes of his peers.

However, he is blessed in the end. He earns a perfect score on the exam, which makes him dubbed a genius. But then he has to concede that the score isn’t his.

When summer vacation approaches, students are given the assignment of selecting a pen pal for the duration of the break. There is no one who wants to be Charlie’s partner, but then The Little Red-Haired Girl says he wants to be Charlie’s partner.

The movie closes when The Little Red-Haired Girl is heading to the summer camp and says farewell to Charlie. The Little Red-Haired Girl also tells him the reason why she wants to be his pen-pal. Her bus is heading away, and suddenly all of Charlie’s buddies are happy with him.

Even though it appears to have a joyful ending, fans are still hoping for a sequel to The Peanuts Movie with Charlie Brown and Snoopy.

Peanuts Movie 2 Trailer

It’s ALMOST HERE!!! I can scarcely control my happiness as The Peanuts Movie is coming to theatres on November 6, 2015!! No one in our family is more enthusiastic than the kids about this trip. Everyone from the Peanuts gang is back for another round of hilarious antics!

Conclusion

Most of The Peanuts Movie rides on the familiarity of the characters that have been a part of American society for more than half a century. It seems reasonable to assume this will be effective with Charlie Brown and Snoopy, who remain significant roles, but it’s possible that some of the others may feel a bit lost. Blurring some of Schulz’s more strongly defined relationships only damages that even more.
