Gwyneth Paltrow Married To Brad Falchuk is scheduled to testify on Thursday as the trial for her ski accident concludes. On Wednesday afternoon, Court TV’s Julia Jenaé tweeted, “Brad Falchuk has not been in the courtroom.”

According to the defense, he will testify in person or through deposition today or tomorrow. Terry Sanderson, a retired ophthalmologist, is suing Paltrow for $300,000, alleging that the Oscar winner hit him when they were skiing separately at Utah’s Deer Valley Resort in 2016 and caused a permanent brain injury.
In a countersuit for $1 in damages, Paltrow, 50, accuses the 76-year-old doctor of bumping into her. Apple, 18, and Moses, 16, Paltrow’s children with her ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, were deposed in court on Tuesday. Apple recalled her mother saying, “This a-hole ran into me!”

He then worked with Murphy on other successful projects like “Pose,” “American Horror Story,” “Glee,” and others. Paltrow and Falchuk first connected in 2010 when she appeared as a guest on “Glee,” They reconnected in 2014 when she returned to the show in the same capacity as substitute instructor Holly Holliday.
After Paltrow announced her separation from Martin, whom she had married in 2003, the two began dating that summer. Paltrow and Martin, both 46, divorced amicably in 2016.
Paltrow and Falchuk announced their engagement in January 2018 after over four years of dating and exchanging heartfelt declarations of love.
