Marc and Steven may have finally found common ground, but they’re not the only personalities inhabiting that body. Even though Khonshu vowed to free Marc and Steven from their duties, he’s not done with them yet, as we witnessed in the Moon Knight conclusion.
How will Marc Spector, Steven Grant, and Khonshu do in their new roles? That being said, we don’t like to boast, but we’re internet archaeologists, and nothing excites us more than digging into the dirt of the web and uncovering secrets, so here’s everything we’ve found regarding a possible release date for Moon Knight season 2. There will be spoilers after this point!

Moon Knight Season 2 Release Date
The status of Moon Knight Season 2 has not been decided. Like Hawkeye and WandaVision, Disney originally commissioned Moon Knight as a limited series, meaning the show will only run for one season. But that doesn’t mean Marvel can’t change things back.
For instance, the Marvel Studios Twitter page may have altered the title of the season finale teaser, providing a clue as to the show’s structure. Marvel has not yet ordered a season 2 renewal of Moon Knight, but with the show’s and character’s success and the prospect of a Moon Knight movie, it’s not out of the question.

If Marvel decides to keep the show going, it could be a while before we see Moon Knight season 2. Due to the extensive slate of Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series, fans won’t be able to see Moon Knight Season 2 until at the very earliest, 2024.
Moon Knight Season 2 is quite unlikely to premiere anytime soon, what with other shows like Ironheart and Secret Invasion also lacking release dates. In typical Marvel Studios fashion, though, we should expect Moon Knight to pop up somewhere else to keep exacting Khonshu’s revenge throughout the MCU’s many ongoing storylines.
Moon Knight Season 2 Plot
Moon Knight’s second season will certainly continue Marc Spector’s exploits as Moon Knight. The avatar of Khonshu had to deal with Harrow and his cult in the first season, but many other themes may be explored in the second season. We’d love to see the caped vigilante take on Werewolf By Night, but we think the next series should focus on the Shadow Knight.

As the terrible Shadow Knight, Randall, Marc’s brother, returned in this chapter as a distorted version of Moon Knight who became Khonshu’s avatar. Jeremy Slater, the Moon Knight’s lead writer, has hinted that a story involving Jake Lockley may be in the works. “Everything is done for the benefit of the whole.”
“But will he be a friend?” he inquired in an interview with The Direct. Is he a foe? All of those would be fascinating to explore for whoever takes the helm. That’s an intriguing premise, whether it’s me or someone else who gets to tell the next Moon Knight story. There’s still a long way to go in this guy’s story.”
Moon Knight Season 2 Cast
This time, he needs to bring his patron god with him. The moon god Khonshu’s voice will almost certainly be provided by F. Murray Abraham once again in the recording booth. Similar to this, we don’t witness Layla El-Faouly (May Calamawy) running away from her marriage.
Husbands? It’s complicated, so we hope you’ll excuse our bumbling. Arthur Harrow, played by Ethan Hawke, is the only Moon Knight we don’t expect to see again. While we’ve enjoyed Hawke’s glass-crunching antics, we doubt he’ll return to Marvel soon. After all, he was shot in the head, making a comeback all but impossible.

Moon Knight Season 2 Trailer
There isn’t a trailer for Moon Knight season 2. You were being way too hopeful, given that the second season hasn’t been given the green light. Fortunately for you, optimism is rewarded here. As a thank you for your time, we’ve prepared guides for Black Panther 2 and Thor: The Dark World.
Fans have been calling for a second season of Moon Knight since the first one premiered, even though no announcement has been made. Marc Spector seems to prefer solo projects (with the noteworthy exception of the two other men who inhabit his brain). But, if some of his more formidable foes show up in the hypothetical second season, he may need to recruit the help of other superheroes.
