The annual “Let Freedom Sing!” The fourth of July celebration in Nashville is just around the corner, and the city has recently announced the major event’s headliner as one of the biggest country music groups.
Let Freedom Sing! in Nashville on July 4, 2022, will be headlined by the Academy of Country Music’s Group of the Year, Old Dominion, per FOX 17. First and Broadway will be the location of the main stage for the free concert and fireworks spectacular. The Nashville Symphony will perform a live accompaniment to the city’s iconic fireworks display, which promises to be the largest exhibition in its history.

Cassadee Pope, Levi Hummon, and Grammy-winning reggae musician Gramps Morgan are also on the bill, as is Old Dominion. Music City Walk of Fame Park has a family-friendly area with inflatables and music available on Sunday, July 3, from noon to 6 p.m., and on Monday, July 4, from noon to 5 p.m.
As Amazon’s senior manager of community engagement, Courtney Ross, remarked, “The Nashville 4th of July is a tremendous opportunity for our community to join together and to attract tourists from around the world.” As part of this year’s event, the Amazon Family Fun Zone will feature family-friendly activities and performances by some of the best local performers.
Over the course of the two-day event, the Jack Daniel’s Stage and the Amazon Family Fun Zone will have performances by 16 local Nashville acts, according to the news source. Troubadour Blue, Craig Duncan & Friends, Les Kerr & The Bayou Band, The Woods, Jesse Labelle, Emily Earle, DJ Dave Audé, San Rafael Band, Joe West Band, Jenny Tolman, Nick Howard, Jefferson, and DJ Rod Youree are just some of the artists who will perform at the festival.
