A guy in Lake County has been charged with concealing an ATV involved in a collision. A 40-year-old man was injured in an ATV acc!dent Sunday evening at 7:15 p.m. when police were called to Long Lake Drive and Clearwater Circle in Round Lake Beach.

Ryan Rodriguez, deputy police chief of Round Lake Beach, informed WBBM that the incident was illegal. The village of Round Lake Beach does not permit the use of ATVs on public roads; thus, anyone saw riding one there is breaking the law, as stated by Rodriguez.

After being arrested for obstructing justice, he is being held in the Lake County Jail on a $100,000 bond. The injured man was not given a chance of survival.
